Personal Training is a one-to-one training session which takes place in a gym, at my office or, or at your home. The benefits of one-to one training allows the trainer concentrates on you only, so apart from your technique being constantly supervised, the sessions move along at your pace. This can be adapted for small groups of up to 4 people if they are of similar standard.

Personal Training is ideal for those who have a busy schedule, do not fancy the idea of going to a gym or need motivating. Also, knowing your trainer will be on your doorstep at 10 am on a Monday and Friday is a good incentive to keep training. You may feel you need the advice of a professional trainer because you don't know where to start or how to plan your new fitness lifestyle.

How many sessions a week and how long is a session?

Each session is an hour duration at a pace that suits you. The number of sessions is up to you. I suggest three but this is not always financially possible. You may already be doing some form of exercise that would count as a session such as walking the dog or something similar.

The initial meeting will be a fitness assessment session to enable myself to plan your work-outs with your health and safety in mind. If you have not exercised in a number of years, visit your GP for a full checkup.
